Viking Shield

This project was made as a 3D modeling study for props and their entire pipeline. Modeling each part separately in Blender and opening its mesh through common projections. For texturing, I followed the traditional way by making a map for each PBR change, having in the end 3 complete materials for each shield set, all in 4k resolution, being Iron 1 (Dirty Iron), Iron 2 (Rusty Iron) and Wood, all the texture creation work was done in Substance Painter using Voxel Painting. And finally, the render was done in Marmoset Toolbag 4, in which I used assets available in Megascan from Quixel Bridge to build the environment, simulating a forest being lit by the moon and a bonfire.
